We use the traditional boiling method to give our bagels their distinctive chewy texture and shiny crust. Boiling the bagels in a blend of water and malt syrup before baking enhances their flavor and sets them apart from ordinary bread rolls.
We supply our freshly baked products to airlines, catering establishments, supermarkets, cafes, and hotels throughout the UAE and GCC. Our efficient distribution network ensures that our products reach customers promptly while maintaining their freshness and quality.

Gulf Bagel Factory (GBF) is a trailblazing entrepreneurial venture situated in Dubai, UAE. As a Solely owned Start-Up, we specialize in the Business to Business (B2B) food sector, focusing on the production of fast-moving Frozen Baked Goods and Gelato. Our state-of-the-art bakery in Al Quoz, equipped with cutting-edge technology, enables us to produce 30,000 Baked Goods daily across 19 different categories, totaling more than 300 Stock Keeping Units (SKUs).
